Sunrise Lakes was originally built by Pulte Home Developer in 1999 and J. Patrick Homes in 2000.  Most homes were built in early to mid 2000's.  Conveniently located off Broadway/518 near CR 90, Sunrise Lakes has approximately 700 homes with varying sizes and floor plans.  The neighborhood amenities include a great lake for fishing, pool, playground, splashpad, tennis courts, clubhouse and a gazebo.
