It was random (good) luck that brought us to Kathye Warfield.  My wife and I were already under a contract with another agent and it wasn’t going well.  We needed advice and found her through the local yellow pages in Pearland.  I just wanted to talk to someone.  Kathye was very understanding and even though I would not be a client, she took the time to offer very helpful advice.  Kathye and I emailed and talked many times and our long distance friendship grew.  We never actually met her until about a year later.
